Choice and Dignity is a membership-based nonprofit organization. Membership assures that you will receive our quarterly newsletter and entitles you to attend all Choice and Dignity programs/events. Your membership fees will help us produce promotional materials (newsletter, handouts, etc.) 

Membership fees

Annual: $30 per person or $45 per family/ household 
Lifetime: $500 per person or $750 per family/household
