We are an Arizona membership-based nonprofit organization.
Our Vision is a world where people are well informed about end-of-life concerns and are free to choose a peaceful death.
|
Our Mission is to provide support and information about life’s end.
|
Our Goals Offer classes in advocacy training and writing directives, such as living wills. Host social gatherings for open and personal conversations about death-related issues. Distribute information related to end-of-life concerns. Provide presentations about death and dying. |
Our Values
Everyone has the right to information about death and dying. Everyone has the right to make their own end-of-life plans. Everyone has the right to have their individual end-of-life plans respected and honored. |

ADVANCE DIRECTIVES WORKSHOP: A helpful follow-up to the advocacy training to learn about preparing advanced directives to clearly state your end of life or wishes for whenever encountering a medical institution.
A lawyer will be present to review the AZ forms and answer questions.
AZ State specific forms will be available, which you can find at azag.gov and “life care planning packet.”
Please note that where “cost” is mentioned no one is excluded due to expense – pay less or whatever you can.
Previous attendees’ comments:
“Valuable information, well presented –very good. Superlatives cannot suffice.”
“The handouts will be invaluable. I also loved the death humor.”
“The specifics of how to write my directives, how to be explicit to have my wishes honored, and getting a legal perspective all were so valuable to me.”
